Broiled crispy salmon skin, daikon sprouts, cucumber & yamagobo (a pickled root vegetable with snap), rolled in seasoned rice and toasted seaweed. Topped with green onions and bonito. Served with ponzu on the side. Can be made as a roll, hand roll or salad.
